The definition of the time in UNTIL 20110220T090000 is unfortunately a
bit vague. Perhaps it needs to be adapted in the vCalendar 1.0 ->
iCalendar 2.0 conversion.
The expected end day of the recurring event is Sunday 20 February 2011.
The time zone on both the phone and the desktop computer is GMT +1200
(currently +1300 due to daylight saving).
The final event in the series isn't repeated on the following day, I've
just noted, probably because having a specific end date rules out that
possibility.
For all individual events, the phone uses UTC and no time zone is
specified. Recurring events seem to be an exception to this.
