simply buying a usb/bluetooth adapter and so sync N900 and Evolution?
Any recommendation device manufacturer, or which one to avoid?

No, not at the moment.

Nothing specific. Most likely a developer with some time and expertise
in the area would have to look at this. The main point is how to detect
that a N900 is connected and how to get OBEX communication going via
USB.
