[SyncEvolution] ActiveSync + folder support

Hello! The "folder" parameter of eas_sync_handler_get_items() is already supported, right? At least I get errors from the server ("Fetch or Change operation that has an id no longer valid on the server") when passing an invalid value. ;-) The question then is: what are the valid values? If I create a calendar in Outlook Web Access, how can I select that via the folder parameter? Is it possible to retrieve the calendar name?
