Absolutely. Without resending, we've seen intermittent network and proxy
errors which broke syncs, now they simply continue.
For servers which does not respect the "resend" message
(mobical),
resend introduced no harm.
I was worried that client and server might get out of sync. Good to hear
that this is not the case.
The only drawback introduced by message resend for us is the
hanging
problem[2].
