I don't like this either. I prefer commandlines to be short. And if
you're able to think of a context as a domain, then the @ notation
makes quite a bit of sense. Like an email address.
FWIW, that was also my thinking when introducing contexts and the
notation for them.
* Consistency between output and command line usage.
* Backward compatibility for the commmand line: tools which
treated a config name as an opaque string continued to work
