Thanks, the issue was that I had inadvertantly added a google
contacts
address book. I deleted that and the sync is now running. Everdroid
offers a free intermediary between google contacts and syncml which
allows full (in my experience) sync, though of course it would be
better for syncevolution to do that directly.
Does Everdroid require your Google username/password for this service?
Technical quality of their sync service aside (which I know nothing
about), that alone would be a serious issue for me.
On a related note, how do I specify which of the multiple Evolution
address books I wish to use/sync?
Set the "evolutionsource" (SyncEvolution <= 1.1) or "database"
source
properties (SyncEvolution 1.2).
