ping (did not receive any reply's), request for status update on release
and packaging.
Ove probably doesn't have time for it. This is a volunteer project, if
someone wants SyncEvolution with these features on Maemo and no-one else
is doing it, he has to invest the necessary effort himself. In this
case, this would involve compiling the source code.
