I think the phone is at fault here. It should either send a 404
(item not found) or an okay status code, not this 412.
But perhaps there should be a special "ignore 412 for Delete" mode
in the Synthesis engine, enabled for Nokia phones, because it is
unlikely that Nokia will change this.
As a workaround I suggest to do a "refresh-from-server"
(SyncEvolution side is the SyncML server). That should get rid of
the pending Delete request.
I did a "refresh from server" and that's cleared the 412 issue.
Now there are some other problems but I'll start a separate thread for
those.
