thus the date and git hash to identify the source).

I installed release 2 of the 1.0beta2a+20100319+SE+15d4589+SYSYNC
+0e94c06+unclean binaries.
I've been syncing my Nokia E63 succesfully after setting
'remoteIdentifier = PC Suite', the uri for the addressbook as
'Contacts', and for calendar+todo as 'Calendar'.
