There is no such template. Just keep this as "--template SyncEvolution",
as in the README. Same for "SyncEvolution Client".
If your server supports a principal with the calendar-home-set and
addressbook-home-set properties, then you can role the two different
configurations into one, with syncURL pointing to the principal URL.
This relies on changes that I made after packaging SyncEvolution
1.1.99.3, so you'll have to compile from git.
