Further to my playing with my Nokia and 1.0beta3 I had another try at
running syncevo-phone-config.py and this time it created a
configuration for me which I'm now trying.
While I'm about it running syncevo-phone-config.py was rather painful
because I had to accept hundreds of bluetooth connections to my phone
while syncevo-phone-config.py was running.
Anyway, it eventually created a confguration, presumably yesterday I
must have tried it when the E71's bluetooth wasn't working.
The new configuration seems *exactly* the same as all the previous
ones I have tried which were created by sync-ui. Addressbook, memos,
and todos are synchronised, calendar entries only go from E71 to
Evolution.
I have noticed one more symptom, if I run:-
syncevolution --print-sessions E71
The result is (several) reports as follows:-

So why is there *nothing* in the calendar? There's certainly data in

was so worn out that I could no longer navigate to the "always accept"
option. Eventually I managed to reach that point by brute force.
Regarding running syncevo-phone-config.py: this is definitely not the
recommended way to create a config. I bet it arrived at the same
configuration that we already ship as template for S40 and S60 Nokia
phones, so you could have chosen one of those instead.

meantime for 1.0.
But I am indeed a bit puzzled that there is no second line with
information about calendar items in the local cache.

- syncevolution --run <name of config>

There are very few events in the calendar and those are just test
events, nothing complex at all.

URI, whereas "calendar+todo" is inactive. The right configuration would
have only "calandar+todo" as active.
Please fix this as follows:

<config> calendar+todo
Then try again.
Yongsheng, as I don't have any device with a combined calendar + todo
store, can you try to reproduce and fix the issue? See

I've added a new event in Evolution before the run and it doesn't get
to my E71.

It doesn't appear to change anything much
One more try - remove the URI from calendar and todo:
syncevolution --configure --source-property uri= \
<config> calendar todo
I suspect that what happens is that the phone alerts us for the
"Calendar" uri, and then SyncEvolution doesn't know exactly whether that
is "calendar", "todo", or "calendar+todo". It ends up
picking "todo"
when it should have used "calendar+todo".
