I would still prefer to not have any conversion applied (floating time
stays floating time, UTC remains in UTC, time zone attached to time
preserved), but as this doesn't seem possible, then yes, consistently
converting from UTC to floating local time is okay.
When Memotoo receive an event,
it convert it to a date as this:
YYYY-mm-dd HH:ii:ss.
After when Memotoo send an event it depends the client. Now for
SyncEvolution, it is a date without timezone.
Do you why it was inconsistent?
Yes I have an idea, it is an internal problem.
