I was trying to add some tests for the codec handling (as the current tests only test RTSP input string vs RTSP output string, not whether the code actually understood the contents correctly). Mostly I agree with the results I see, but I'm not sure about this: std::vector<wfd::H264VideoFormat> formats; formats.push_back(wfd::H264VideoFormat(wfd::H264VideoFormat::CBP, wfd::H264VideoFormat::k3_1, wfd::CEA640x480p60)); formats.push_back(wfd::H264VideoFormat(wfd::H264VideoFormat::CBP, wfd::H264VideoFormat::k3_1, wfd::CEA1920x1080p24)); video_formats = wfd::VideoFormats(wfd::CEA640x480p60, false, formats); ASSERT_EQUAL(video_formats.ToString(), "wfd_video_formats: 00 00 01 01 00010001 00000000 00000000 00 0000 0000 00 0000 0000"); So I was expecting a single H.264-codec part in the video format string with two bits (0 & 16) set in the CEA-support field. Instead I got two H.264-codec parts, each with one bit set in CEA-support: wfd_video_formats: 00 00 01 01 00000001 00000000 00000000 00 0000 0000 00 0000 0000, 01 01 00010000 00000000 00000000 00 0000 0000 00 0000 0000 Is this just about the output being un-optimized or have I misunderstood something?
