Hi,

This patchset enables bgscan from wpa_supplicant. When associated/connected, wpa_supplicant will run a passive/active background scan
depending on signal strength and timeouts.

Note: it requires to compile wpa_suppliant with bgscan support. add:
CONFIG_BGSCAN_SIMPLE=y
CONFIG_BGSCAN_LEARN=y

at the end of you .config for wpa_supplicant.

Currently, only the bgscan simple is used in connman.

Please review,
