[PATCH 0/3 - v1] Refactor settings to storage.c

A quick patchset to move settings stuff into storage. Makes main.c clearer.
Also, main.c used to own the gkeyfile and a struct, which was redundant (in addition of the load_config() function)
I kept the gkeyfile, owned by storage.c now.

This does not add/remove a feature, it just moves the code in a more relevant place.

Please review,

Tomasz Bursztyka (3):
storage: add the capability to select list seperator when loading a
    key file
storage: adding necessary functions to handle settings
main: enabling settings support from storage directly
